Clownfish sick please help

well that doesent sound good. heres my questions..
are u using a refractometer to measure salinity?
any other symptoms besides breathing heavy and lying on the bottom?
are you trying any other meds with hyposalinity?
how long has the fish been acting weird?
do you have a biofilter in the qt?
how often do you preform water changes?
are u removing all uneaten foods and poop?
was it eatting regularly yesterday? im guessing it isent eatting today
I might have some suggestions are u answer. im assuming your treating ick with the hypo. is it gone? 1.09 is on the brink of way to low. try doing a water change (with reef water) and bring it up to 1.010, or 1.011 it will still be effective.
