Clownfish stopped eating

I have had a tank-raised percula clownfish for over 4 years. He has always been a strong, enthusiastic eater. He has also been a strange swimmer. For example when the lights are out at night he usually floats around the top of the tank on his side with only occasional fin movement. For the first week or two that I had him it scared me because I thought he was dead. I now attribute the weird behavior to him being tank-raised.

I added to the tank a tiny, timid wild-caught green clown goby last Saturday night, which seems healthy and is behaving and eating readily. On Sunday I did a regularly scheduled 20% water change. The clown ate happily Sunday night but by Monday he stopped eating completely. He won't even come near the food. There are no visible external parasites or injuries. He might have a slightly bloated belly. And he also started swimming upside down about 50% of the time while the lights are on, which is unusual behavior for him. He is showing now other signs of distress. Even though I cannot see any other symptoms I put him in a quarantine tank Wednesday morning and started treating for internal parasites and bacterial infection with a combined medication of Praziquantel/ Metronizazole and Maracyn 2, respectively. It is now Friday night and there has been no change. Besides swimming upside down sometimes he seems quite happy, except for the fact that he hasn't eaten in 5 days.

I keep a clean tank with regular water changes and all water parameters are good.

Any ideas that you have would be greatly appreciated. I am getting desperate.

Update: No significant change in condition, but he is eating, although he can't swim more than 2-3" down from the surface.
