Clownfish with a white dot

Hallo rc
I have a Black and White clown it has 1 White dot in the edge, of the middle white stripe
It has had it for 1,5- 2 weekenden now could it be ich or "just" fungus?

I cant get a picture of it it is 1 mm tops and White cotton like dot

hard to say w/o a pic, but sounds like it could be lympho.

It could be Body Fungus, Ich, Oodinium, Fish Pox, Velvet, Lympho, etc. We need a photo

If it is lymphocysitis it will clear up on its own. There is no good treatment that will speed up recovery from this disease. Most often, the disease must run its course in an affected fish. Fortunately most cases of lymphocystis in warmwater fish will resolve on their own after a few weeks, as long as husbandry is good (good water quality/chemistry, good nutrition, correct population densities, optimal social groups) and as long as other stressors have been eliminated. Although it is not an ideal solution, at present, the best option
