I bought two juvenile clownish roughly 6 weeks ago. They went directly into a 10 gallon QT with Prazi pro (3 weeks of treatment) followed by 10 days of Metroplex to treat some stingy poop. Both clowns seem to be acting and eating fine but the stingy poop issue has not resolved. Poop color went from white to a rusty brown color.
The quarantine tank is cycled, and I have a small amount of ceramic bio filter to keep up the good bacteria. Test show no issues with Ammonia 0, nitrite 0 or Nitrate 5 to 10.
I feed a mix of Mysis, cyclops, live brine, frozen brine, and pellets. I have been feeding daily to make sure they have enough and siphon out any left overs. weekly water changes of about 2.5 gallons.
Any ideas on why the poop issue hasn't been resolved, and ideas on next steps?
