Clownfish with fuzzy looking white spots?

My clownfish has got 2 fuzzy looking white spots on his side. I am not sure if this would be a fungus or what. I cannot get a pic that will show anything helpful. Any help or advice is appreciated

Sounds like Ich?

It may be the spots are kinda cottony looking. Would that still be ich

Hmmmm Not sure my clownfish has one lik that on his tail as well.. I've been assuming it was ich and I've just been soaking the food in garlic juice lately.. I'm about to treat with hyposalinity
