clowns and filefish

I currently have a 33g reef with 2 photon clowns. By adding a Bristletail filefish (Acreichthys tomentosus) to eradicate some small amounts of aptasia, be a problem?

The filefish may or may not solve your problem. Some do, some do not.

I think you'd probably be alright but the file is a very active fish which will make your tank seem smaller.

I've had excellent luck with matted files and aptasia. And they haven't bothered any other fish or coral. I have a male female pair and they are really great community fish and easy to keep. As Steve said, like many biological controls, it's a bit hit or miss. Good luck.
