clowns hosting in torch coral, will they kill my torch?

I have a 34G ORCA nano tank. 2 Ocellaris clowns have just started hosting a new torch coral I bought.

Was a little concerned they might irritate the torch and end up killing it?

I'd get an BTA but i've got 2 nanostreams in the tank so worried it'd end up stuck in the powerheads.

Also is 72W pc far too little for a BTA?

the PC might be a little low, but more troublesome is that the clowns may not move out of the Torch into the bta! My ocellaris half-heartedly host a Frogspawn and don't seem to bother it at all (and it's a fairly small head).

If the torch starts showing signs that it's bothered, separate the clowns from it using a strawberry basket or other similar container (clear + lots of holes).

Thats an expensive host. You can see how the clown slightly irritates the coral keeping it from fully expanding. Just commenting on the pic. Ive seen Duncan's that are so full that you can see the mouths.

the torch seems alright during the day, but definitely retracts at night when they host it. Is this a bad sign? or would the torch retract at night anyhow?

the torch is going to shrink in the absence of light no matter what. In my opinion torches are a little sensitive and its probably not a good long term host for the clowns.
