Is it possible to keep a mated pair of true Amphiprion Perculas and a Premnas biaculeatus in the same 210 gal tank?
I do have 4 Bta's

possible, but no guarantees. as long as they set up their territories at opposite ends of that 6 footer, they may be fine...if they all decide to establish base camp in the same area there could be some fighting.

Maroons can be a major pain, though, especially when they are mature...how big is the maroon compared to the femake Perc? Which are in the tank now? (adding the maroon will probably be more successful than adding the percs into a maroon's home)

Paired Percs are established for over a year. Gold Bar is bigger than the female. Bta's can be at both ends (I have 4, momma split twice).
Artful-dodger, do you have any currently?

Yes, but not together. I have a pair of A. ocellaris in my 140 and a gold bar maroon in my 37. She is also much larger than the female of the pair. (I wouldn't try to put them together, though. The maroon is obnoxious to a dwarf angel and small hogfish in her tank.)

The good news for your situation is that you have a longer tank (6') and you are adding the potential ruffian into a tank already owned by the percs. Still, I would not try it without being prepared to capture and remove one or the other if she decides to oust them.

Update: Tank is big enough I guess. BTA's at both ends made them happy. Good advice artful-dodger. I had 4 BTA's all at one end prior to the Gold Bar's intro. I moved some BTA's opposite tank side of the established Perc's for the Gold Bar and things seem to be working. We will watch close.
Thanks for all your help
Daniel
