Clowns with porcupine quills?

I have 2 pairs of clownfish in different tanks in the same system. Both pairs lay eggs. Both female clowns look like they have porcupine quills sticking out of their lips! What the heck? Is it some kind of breeding female clown only fluke?

Sounds like they might have gotten in a tussle with a bristle worm. Can you get a picture?

It's not pimples. They are transparent and stick out of their lower lips. It's so strange that it's both females, and on both lower lips. Bristle worm sounds plausible but weird that both have it in the same spot at the same time. I'll get video later.
