Ok member we are going to need lots of help on Saturday of the swap. I am up to 20 tables for people to sell from. From the looks of it we are going to have to put upstairs the concessions, the frag demo, raffle display and maybe even the clubs dry goods and equipment tables.
It will take lots of help to keep thing running smooth on Saturday.
So make plans to be there.
Help will be needed at the door , at raffles, at concessions, at the club table, breaking down and cleaning up and who knows where else. If you are a member just look to see where help maybe needed.
Last year we only had about 6-8 people selling so this is much bigger.
