Club officers

If anyone is willing to serve as an officer please post to let us know. I don't wish to nominate anyone if they don't really wish to do the job. A lot of us have held officer positions in the past and I'm sure if needed will serve again, but it would be great if we can get some of our other members interested in leading the club.

Agreed. I would do something again if no one else wanted to because I am serious about keeping the club going, but I would definitely prefer for someone else to hold the reigns for a while.

Could the past officers explain what they did rather than the duties of the office?

Treasurer: take the money and keep track of it plus keep track of who is in the club officially.

So who exactly is in the club Ms. Melly??? Do we even have a head count??? Might help with who votes and who runs and everything else???

I think we need to put off the elections a bit... There's too much up in the air right now...

As of June 1, there's only like one or two people who have paid their dues through to next year.

So June 1 we are pretty much all delinquent. Everybody send me your money now!!

I had thought of being a bit strict about it and telling Coral Reef to stop giving a discount unless I had put people on a list. But that would just be really strict, and I didn't want to seem jerkish. People don't seem to have much incentive to pay the dues on time though, ya know?
