Clumps Of Clear Jelly

So I have had this frag system online now for about 9 months. It only has one clown fish and an urchin I no longer wanted in my display. For a few weeks I have been seeing this stringy film with no significant amount of bubbles (meaning I do not think it is dino). There is a clearest slope all over my gas and frag rack as well. Today I cleaned out my algae reactor and there was two large balls of clear jelly (ill post pics) . I haven't seen anything like this but I am assuming the reactor is simply collecting this slime. Possibly bio film.

I recently had an issue where I was oversaturated with calcium. after a month or so with no dosing it all seams to have leveled out.

I run biopelets/GFO/carbon and use filter socks.

Clear stuff is often bacterial. Carbon dosers tend to get this, or cyano. Try stopping/reducing carbon dosing.
