CO2 cylinder location?

i just bought a POS coralife 500g Ca reactor brand new,cheap price.im not expecting much but at $250-300 less is a good deal and i dont have a large Ca requirment at this time.

my question is how far can i have my Co2 cylinder away from my tank?i would like to have it in another location that is away from liv rm and can also feed my kegmeister.its about a 8' rise into attic-30' across attic and the down about 8'.
its either this or move the kegmeister

any thoughts?

I think you can have the tank anywhere, they do when they feed the soda fountain and at bars

my 20lb tank is in another room about 15 feet away, no problems at all.

thanks for the info guys.i was really hoping i could have it setup closer to the bar area,my tank takes up space and if i can have equipment somewhere else so it wont clutter is great
