co2 Regulator. Help me decide

Hey I have already asked this a couple of times in the equipment forum, but not much help. What kind of co2 regulator do you all use on your sps tanks? I have had a milwaukee and hated it. Let me know I am in the market.

I just purchase a new regulator from My Reef Creations, it is in the sponsor section and the last add. I purchased the $120 plus the separate bubble counter, I like the large bubble counter and think the adjustment seemed easier than the less expensive one which I had for 1.5 yrs and it failed.

Sorry not to mention brand names but the two pictured in my reef creations are the two I owned. The more expensive one is supposed to last longer. It also appears easier to adjust.

Looks like you got the Gen-X then right? Why not mention brands?

Anyone else had this with good luck?

I am using a mrc cr-1 btw.

I've been through many and the Gen-x is far the best one.

most calcium reactors come with a bubble counter.i use a GEO reactor.

Well my reactor doesn't have one. Anyone used an aquamedic?

I use a Tunze regulator. No problem's at all with it. My bubble counter is built onto my reactor as well.

I use the aquamedic on both of my reactors. Works fine and cheap.

Algaeman I was looking into the aquamedic because I have heard/read good things, but seems expensive. I mean you get the reg and valve no solenoid or anything for like 94.99 that seems like alot w/o a solenoid etc. Have you found one somewhere cheaper?

Milwaukees need a Co2 check valve or you will run into problems.

I use an M3. They are really nice IMO...
