OK, I've about had it with my co2 regulator (Milwaukee MA957). I can't for the life of me get the thing to hold a consistent bubble count. I set it to 45bubbles/min and with in 30min its down to 30 bubbles/min, 15 min later down to 20 adjust back up same thing happens. I've been adjusting this thing all day and it will not hold I'm about ready to throw this piece of junk out the window.

Anyone have and advice

all the settings you make must be adjusted to where you want it and wait for a hour or so. That will allow you to get acurate settings. Its a common problem. Just set a bubble count and go eat and come back, then that is when you start counting. Setting and counting right away wont work. Oh make sure the pressure is consistand at say 15-18psi, that helps

i never was even able to make settins at 3psi, the pump would simply not allow co2 to enter. This usually happens when im low on co2 and pressure drops on everything.

I had the same problem with my milwaukee regulator, it kept getting worse. I called them, they gladly replaced it. the new one wasn'tmuch better. after about 8 months, it got to where after an hour or so it would stop bubbling all together, I'd reset it, same thing, an hour later, no bubbles. I called again, the guy said, they are only supposed to last a year or so, too bad. Man, I was ****ed. I recommend a regulator from a different company.
