Just so happens I have one, the 12-16 and it just went down this weekend. Had it for about 1/2 year, just in a FOWLR tank. Looks like the impeller broke, will have to contact them for warranty.
I liked it when it was working, of course 1/2 a year doesn't help with earning much trust in the name.
