Codium Placement

Hi Everyone:

Looks like I'm fianlly gonna get my hands on a specimen of Codium (C. taylori, I believe).

I was curious about the natural placement of this algae. Is it usually found in nature free-living on sandy substrates, or is it best placed on rock?

I'd appreciate any feedback!

I would contact Paul B. He grows a East Coast species on a regular basis.
