I just wanted to pop in with a followup on my troubles with reed-mariculture. I called and talked to mr. reed himself (instead of pushing 1 for orders) and he took care of the whole problem. Turned out to be a problem with their software. Then he upgraded my shipping to overnight for free and threw in a bottle of arcti-pods. I put some of those in my tank right away and the fish went nuts for 'em, the advertising isn't lying!
The tigger-pods arrived healthy and swimming around too, they should make my mandarin happy...
So all-in-all I'm very pleased with reed-mariculture customer service and since this seems to be the only shipping problem they've ever had I'll definately do business with them again.
