do you think zoas will survive after being in the cold water temp for like 10hrs?

well probably was like in the 40-50 range but it was slow acclimated until the temp matched up before put them in the tank. the shipment was delayed so it had been in that water for like 40 hrs with heat pack, but i dont think the heat pack stayed warm for such a long period..
