collection cup

I'm want to buy the Octopus Skimmer extrem 200 but I have only so much room to remove the collection cup. I just want to know the high of the collection cup only

You only need probably an inch to get the cup off. Mine is pretty tight also.

Jeff @ Marine Solutions would be able to verify that for you.

I got a.. Euro-reef, I think it is called. I cant get the CAP off of my Skimmer when it is under the tank, but I can spin the big nut, and take the whole cup off. I dont need any space above it for this.

I have enough room to move the cup up but my sump is to big and tall so I have only a small gap between the sump and the top of the stand, I'm using ASM G2 and the cup have just enough clear between the sump and the stand. People with Octopus extrem 200 just measure the high of the cup for me please
