I wanted to know if tangs that change color from juvenile to adult ( ie. naso tangs), does captivity affect their adult coloration? For example, how wild caught adult large angels looks better than those adult large angels that have changed color in captivity. Do the large angels and color changing tangs share the same characteristics?
The reason why I ask is because I bought a juvenile Acanthurus dussumieri and I wanted to know if he will be just as beautiful as those adult ones I see in pictures. Does anyone even know what this fish looks like? It's a beauty.
