this is my first sps dominant tank. I have a coral that changing colors several times. I bought it as waynes reef acro. It seemed to look like the pics. solid dark red. after a few months it faded out to reddish, brown.
Now my teal tip stag is grown within a inch of it, and it has teal spots between the brownish red.
It also has become neon green at the base, similar to my green slimmer.
I recently increased my nutrient level to help coloration, and alkalinity to help growth, which has helped the other corals, but gaining colors, not changing them.
