colt coral problem

I found some transparent worms on my colt corals,, I took them out with a tweezer(spelling), and I was wondering if anyone have the same problem.. the colt coral open up nicely after all of the worms have been removed,,

Do you have photos? How big were they? What did they look like?

I don't have any photos, sorry I soak them in boiling water and throw them away,, they were about 2in long,,, white some are transparent,, they only come out at night when the lights are off and the moon light are on,, they stay on the colt coral making all of it polyps close up, and I have notice the coral has decrease in size since I first bought it.
