combine medication and hypo?

Should I combine Rich-Ich with hypo? or it is a waste of money?

If the disease is Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) then hyposalinity is a sure treatment, when performed properly and diligently using a refractometer.

Success with Rid-Ich has been mixed. Some say it does work, some say it doesn't. If it were me, I'd put my money on the winning horse.

you cant do hypo in a main tank with live rock ,can you?

I used small concentrations of Rid-ich while on the way to hypo. I cut the recommended doses in 1/2.

Dominic... hypo will kill the bacteria and organisms present in the LR and should be done in hospital tank only.
