combine Radion and Aqua Illumination?

I have 2 Radion XR30w leds (Gen1) and saw an add for a couple used Aqua illumination Vega color Leds with a controller. I was wanting to add a couple LED's to my existing Radion's. Is it possible to have them both hooked up together and running the same program? Would they be able to "talk" to each other?
