I have already voiced my opinion to the SLASH board of director's and to the thread in the SEASL Forum.
I am not sure if the leadership in both clubs is willing to try this, but I think since we share the same members in both clubs that we should try to iron it out and have some fun together!!

I think this is a wonderful idea. Although both clubs are a bit differant, we share a common love of salthy things (chips, hot wings, beer)
Maybe a tank tour with BBQ and frag swap at the end? If its a nice day in the spring I would volunteer my place as last place on the tour and to have the BBQ at

This sounds like the members of each club are willing to make this happen .
Maybe if all the members make it work the club leaders will have no choice but to realize it is better for all in this hobby if we can just have freindly by club relationships.
Funny thing is that I for one think the meaning of lead is to lead not to hold anyone back from learning, enjoying or just excepting someone else from any club .
I heard a line once from a movie I can't remember what movie but it has been in the back of my mind ever sense just because it makes fun of how some people think ( that they are different but not really ) It when like this .
There are only two types of people I dislike those that are intolerant of other peoples beliefs ,feelings , and thoughts and the dutch .
I think that statement says so much about how some people think they are on the higher ground when really they are the same as the ones they dislike for no reason at all .
Lets all party together and get over this my club is better than your club mentality.

Regardless of differences between clubs, I know that food, beer, and the love of the hobby brings everybody together! I'm all for it, and I think spring would be a great time to have a combined party! If we have a frag swap I might even be able to bring some stuff to trade!

The twin thread on the SEASL Forum says that the McBeck from the board of SEASL thinks it is a great idea. Just need to hear from the rest of the SLASH board.
I like Clark's idea of seeing his tank and having a BBQ there. I have only seen pictures, so I would like to see it live.

Good luck, I've been digging for 2 years and still can't find it. I think he moves it to the last hole I was digging in to keep me confuseded, and then laughs at me. Beside you don't want to eat his Barb-que he only pretend grills on one of those GAS burnner's that shaped like a Barb-que pit. You won't find a bag of Kingsford any where at his house.
P.S. If he post a pic of me grilling on his fake pit, let me explain it.
I was trying to get MY food off of it!!! They took my food off of the webber and placed it on the fake pit (That Gas burnner thingy of his) which forced me to recue my food!!
