Hello Miami folks,

I'm planning a trip to Miami in the near future and mind ask for some questions?

Between Feb to Jun when is the BEST season to visit. Some people said storms will be there around Apr and last to Jun is that correct? Will mid Feb and March still too cold for beaches?

What are the cool and MUST see place within 4 hrs around of Miami?

anything that you can share will be greatful!

thanks,
Bay Area (SF) Reefer

Hey - I think the best time might be March, really not sure bc the weather is so unpredictable here. It rains a lot in April/May and June is beginning of hurricane season.

Within 4 hours of Miami - well Cuba/Puerto Rico/DR by air. By car, Key West, South Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando (outlet shops are awesome). Go to everglades for an airboat ride. Visit an Indian reservation. Go to Calle Ocho. Clubs/Bars/Restaurants in Sobe. Keywest Southernmost point - fun place to visit. Go to the beach, tons of nice beaches along the east coast. hard rock casino. Orlando has tons of attractions, sure you're aware.

Not sure what you have in mind, are you going alone or with family?

Yea it might rain but for a few minutes and
It's done and over

South beach
Hard rock hotel casino (hollywood fl)
Miami seaquarium
Fishing/diving/snorkeling trip
Anywhere from west palm beach to key west
Eat Cuban food on sw 8th st cafe Versailles
And not much of a reason to go 4 hours away

Checkout miracle mile here in coral gables for shopping and dining, and the venetian pool which is the largest public swimming pool in the U.S. villa vizcaya museum and gardens in coconut grove is pretty cool as well.

Welcome to Miami and enjoy your stay
