Comments on Reef Octopus SSS 5000 INT

Someone is selling this local and wandering if people have comments about it.
I guess this is an older model from the new "XP" 5000 SSSINT.
What is the XP?

It's the sump size saver which means the skimmer is more compact to fit in tighter space and the pump location is changed.

XP is the full cone version.

Do you guys know if Full cone is really better? Obviously cost more now days.

Atb started the whole cone trend and I honestly believe that it was their skimmers balance that made them perform so well. As long as a skimmer has a smooth transition into the neck and a pump thats balanced to its body size it will perform. Cone or not.
