I "œmanually" removed a mushroom from a permanent rock in my tank last night. It slimed up quite a bit and foot looked a little rough but in one piece. I have it on some rubble in a dish in the bottom of my tank covered by a piece off eggcrate. It turned kind of pale colored in spots but is staying in place, think it will survive? Mouth is open.

Yes it will survive.. Mushrooms are prety much impossible to kill. I chop mine of the mother colony about 1 every 2 months just to have the spread in my display tank
