Will compact flour. lighting be OK for seagrass? I really cant find suitable priced MH, or t5 fixtures.

I was looking at the t5 ay Dr F and S but its too expensive, despite being a good deal.
If I went t5, i think aquatraders would be the way to go. its $45 for a 75 watt fixture, so i would need a total of 2 fixtures to equal the output of the one in the link. $90 for 156 watts at aquatraders, compared to $190 for the same thing at dr f and s.
