Hey guys,
I am aquiring a set up that i intend to break down and pillage the livestock from to put in my own tank.

Though their are a few livestock clashes. Could people please give me some thoughts on the following points, the tank is a 8' 360g with loads of L. rock and a 60g sump/fuge.

Firstly a M/F pair of mandarins, i already have a M/F pair in my tank.
I am pretty sure i could hold onto the female? Though im certain 2 males would be an issue. So i intend to pass these on. Maybe keep the female if poss if i cant find anyone with a large enough tank to keep/feed 2.

Second he has four tangs. 1 yellow (4"), 1 purple(5"), 2 regals(3" & 5.5").
I currently have 1 Regal(7") and a Sailfin(8"). None of mine are very dominant because i recently got rid of a PJ/Clown tang(8") which after the 18months or so that i had him started turning aggressive. He killed a 10" Lipstick, so had to go. This has left the remaining 2 tangs quite lost as the PJ was very much the boss. So i think this may be a good time to add a couple more tangs. Not sure on the sailfin with the other 2 types of sailfin (Yellow and purple) though?
I am pretty sure the two Regals will have to go. I dont see me being able to add another 2 of these with the size of mine, do people agree? Not to mention i think 6 tangs is pushing it.

And lastly, this is the biggie! He also has a Copperband butterfly. These are just my favourite fish, but i already have one.... I have been really lucky with mine as he eats anything. This guy say he has had his about 6mnths, and it also eats anything. Its about 5" whereas mine is about 2-3"
Is my system big enough to accomadate 2 CBB's?? Not food wise as they are both eating. Just the fact that will they get on? Ignore each other? Kill each other?
I think the answer will be NO, but they seem such a peacefull fish that its just a hope so.

So what do you all think? Especially the 2 CBB's anybody tried this?

Thanks guys
Mark

I think your right on the Mandarins with keeping 2 males together as they will most likely fight but your tank is large and they may be ok but for some reason even with all that space they'll fine each other.

I would pass on the yellow tang as if your going have a problem it will probably be with the yellow tang. The 2 Regal shoul be ok with the one that you have as they're on the small size and your tank is pretty large. The Purple tang should be fine with your other tangs. So your talking about 5 tangs in your tank which should be fine unless there is so much rock there isn't a lot of swimming space.

As for keeping 2 Copperband butterfly togther I think most people are happy to just have one that is eating. I would think that they would have a problem with each other and may fight or cause one to get stressed out and either stop eating or just do bad which will lead it to die.
