Compatability

I'm planning a 144 gallon reef to set up in approx. 3 years. Will these fish be compatible? Also I'm not adding them all, Just a few.

I know that i have a couple of reefsafe w/ caution and difficult fish but I'm still planning so yeah it might change. Also i know i have a few large fish too.

Sounds like you're prepared to remove corals rather than fish if need be which is a good thing considering your list I am that way - if I buy a coral that my angels decide is a buffet table - the coral goes not the fish

I know most of the bluethroats are "OK", but personally I just couldn't sleep worrying that my trigger might suddenly start taking lethal chunks out of his tankmates

I'm not sure 2 yellow tangs will get along together

A fourline wrasse is a pod freak - not a great fish to combine with any mandarin

Hi-Fin Red Banded Goby - I have 2 of these in my 100g and only see them every month or so - they can get lost in a big tank - I have a yellow watchman goby who always stays in front - not sure if that's typical, but it seems to be his nature to want to be where he can "watch" everything (thank goodness he doesn't want to watch the hiding gobies -lol)

The angels you chose will alll get along fine as long as the lamarks are male/female pair, of course

Have you read that 2 lawnmower(is that what you mean by algae blenny?) blennies will get along? I'd have thought not

A pair of spotted mandarins would be nice rather just one - provided you keep your tank free of pod competitor fish - Having 2 females and one male is even worth considering

I know what your talking about with removing coral rather than fish. I think on my excel sheet i only have like 2 different polyp corals, 2 lps, and 28 SPS frags
