Will a Blue Spot Jawfish and a Diamond Goby get along ok? I currently have a BSJ and want a sand sifter.

Personally I would not do it - the BSJ will probably be fairly effective at chasing away the goby but it may stress it out by remodeling around its burrow.
If you need something to keep your sand clean maybe think about some fighting conch and a cumber
