competition between Cherub Angel and Mandarins?

I have a mated pair of Centropyge Argi (spawning regularly, it seems) in the tank and was wandering whether future holds an opportunity for me to add one mandarin dragonet once the tank (only 35g with sump, but lots of live rock/sand) has matured enough (like 9+ months) or whether there is already too much competition for copepods between the three and I can add suitable other candidates while giving up the mandarin plan.
The Cherubs graze all the time, but I am not sure whether copepods are on the list or not. Probably yes.
