hi

I make an order #(100024848), date (23/11/2015). I wander when I receive the tracking number that the order is not complete although you receive the total amount. Two items were missing and no body inform me of that. I Send inquiry for the order processing team .They replay that one item is out of stock and the other one will be shipped directly from the manufacturing. Then, I ask them to cancel the out stock item and send the tracking number for the other one. The conversation status become closed with no replay.

I'm sorry about the delay. Looks like there was a glitch in our ticket system.
