My g/f sent me an email gift card for DrsFosterSmith. To my suprise i was sent another one the next day. Of coarse i only used the one, knowing I'm sure there must have been a mistake
They withdrew the $100 gift certificate twice and screwed up her bank account. Their customer service response was "to call your bank and take it up with them"
I've been doing business with you for sometime and was pretty thrown by this. I want this correct ASAP and refund her bank fee!
