BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO LOL

well i didnt put my tank up for sale to be ridiculed, i was selling it the first time because of moving to florida and the sales didnt go in the order they needed to go, i cant hardly sell my equipment first when i still have livestock in there, so i thought i would just keep it, but considering a 1500 mile move it just doenst seem feasable so i decided to try and sell it again. but thanks for the negative **** anyway, it is well appreciated.

I personally was very interested in your set-up as I need a 6 foot tank for my future office, but I was put off by your posts on this forum. Heck, I even drive through Dubuque on a regular basis and it would have been easy to pick it up.

You might find you get more respect and a positive response if you were a bit more respectful when using a club forum when you are not even a member of the club...
:bum:

well when i get jumped on negatively just for simply trying to sell my tank it kind of gets to me a little. member or no member i think i have the right to sell my stuff without having to listen to that kind of crap. if no one is interested they should refrain from commenting on my thread. or am i wrong??

I disagree seller feedback is huge. Ebay has spots that you can comment on the seller. It is a big risk to buy or try and waste your time buying from someone that has a poor history. I guess that is one thing we should all be a ware of when are trying to sell something. I don't think any one was jumping on you just your selling etiquette is what they are talking about. Personally I try to buy things from club members that way I know how to get ahold of them.

well if nobody on this forum is interested because they think my etiquitte is wrong ill just pull the thread. but let me just add that last time my sales didnt go the way they needed to, all my equipment was spoken for but none of the livestock was except for a few pounds of rock. i can very well let my equipment go when there is still a whole tank of livestock to support. im not a bad guy or a dishonest guy, i would gladly sell these things if all goes in the right order. there is a guy talking about buying all my live rock now so if anyone wants equipment is should be able to be shipped soon, as long as this guy doesnt back out. please if anyone is interested just let me know. if you guys would rather see me pull the thread because you have no intentions of buying anything i will do that. i would rather just keep it on and sell to who is ever interested though

If all you have for livestock is rock and sand, get some rubbermaid tubs or a rubber trash can and throw it there with the water and a power head, that way you can drain your tank and sell your hardware. Just a thought, maybe be feesible or may not be, but it's an idea.

we are moving within the next few months, but i need this stuff gone ASAP. need money for down payments and things of that nature

You could eBay the rock. It is really easy to ship. Just get some wet newspaper and a styro from a local fish store.

ok guys, i only have a few pounds of live rock left and maybe 70-80lbs of sand left so the tank can now be drained and equipment sold and shipped or picked up.
