complete recorvery ? what was it

I have a majestic angel that is in a 30 gal hospital tank . I did a week of prazi on her. she was fine before that . did it to be safe ,she was at the store for a week before I got her and eating good.
At the end of the week she was scratching and breathing very fast and heavy , face was totally white .I thought she was a goner for sure.
I did a 10 gal water change with water from my 300 and started sachem cupramine . started with 20 drops. over 3days raised it but I am not even near the dose they recommend .
Now a week later the fish is eating out of my hand and as healthy as mine in my big tank . she never showed signs of ick as in white spots .on a fresh water dip there were no flukes .I am at a loss what it was.
and when can I add to the display she has been in the 30gal for a month now,and is flying around it looking for a bigger tank to be in.

Cupramine is supposedly still effective as low as 0.35 mg/L (and probably even lower than that - although I personally would not chance it). If I were you, I'd get it to at least 0.35 and keep it there for one solid month. If this fish did have Ich, it's possible the parasites have dropped off but are still lurking in the tank as free swimmers. The free swimming is (mostly) the only stage susceptible to copper treatment. And remember, Ich is not always under the skin - it can harbor in the gills, unseen to our eyes.

What is the Cupramine dosage currently? It needs to be at least 0.35mg/l to be effective at eliminating crypto. Also, you need to treat for 4 weeks to ensure all of the parasites have been eliminated. This is assuming the fish does indeed have crypto, of course.

it is so hard to read this kit. I see the 0.3 is that what you mean just starting to turn blueish on the seachem test? I am not even at that .
so I don't know what the fish had ? it was like night and day after I did that water change and added 30 drops to 30 gal which is half what they recommend.

If you can find one, try the Salifert Cu test kit. I personally find them easier to read than the SeaChem one.
