Complete tank die off

Ok so I have a 45 gallon tank.

I added a new fish, no issues with the fish that were visible. But something broke out in my tank. I suspect brook.

Today my 10 year old pair of Picasso's and my aurora goby were the last to go from my established tank.

These fish were all due to make the move over to my new 150 gallon, along with the inverts, corals and some of the live rock.

So on to my question, what is a good time period to let this thing run with no fish and not be concerned with the live rock contaminating my new 150g.

Would it also be on the invertys? hermits? cucumber? shrimp?

Thanks RC

What were the symptoms of the disease that killed your fish?

There are a few things no fallow period will eradicate - Uronema is one of those.

From everything I can find I think it was more likely velvet, maybe brook would be my second guess.

Uronema doesnt fit what was going on.

It looked like Ich on Steroids, moved quickly, and all the fish got it.
