Concerns with 600+ gal glass tank

I want got get a 600+ gal glass tank at least 30" tall. I also want to install some sort of wave action. One thing that's holding me back is how will the silicon seams hold up to all that pressure? Will the tank need some sort of metal brace on the edges?

there is alot to consider here. whay kind of wave action are you talking?surge tanks or surge boxes? it also depends on the builder. if there a good builder the tank may cost a little more but it will be built with thicker glass and will be able to withstand the pressures of a surge device. is this an inwall tank or will this be in a room? the reason i ask is you can reinforce a tank to withstand the forces of a surge device and still make the aquarium look great. talk to a coupel of reputable glass aquarium builders and see what they say about warrantee and surge devices. tell them what oyu want to do and ask them what they recomend. if there a good builder than they will have the answers you need and will help you design a tank to fit your needs.

my builder requested I use 3/4 glass and 3/4 euro bracing even though others told me 1/2 was good enough because of surge and wavebox.
