Conductivity Calibration Solution

Dang! Just bought liters of 500, 1000, and 2000 microSiemen about a month ago and can't remember who I bought them from. Seemed like a great price too. Will check when I get back to the office. Might be a day or two.

@ home, 90 gallon tank, dry, waiting for the remodelling to be over
@ work, 19,000 gallon per day RO

Am I going to be stuck with buying like 5 Pinpoint salinity solution bottles or what? I'm not even sure how or if it would work. Time is running out and I need to place an order.

I havent read the manual, but have noticed that there are 2 different Conductivity solutions out there. Im assuming both are needed, but wanted to check here. To the OP, im sorry if I hijacked your thread.

Always a good idea to do a search vs waiting for a response. You get an answer faster and people don't have to see the exact question over and over again. If you type in Calibration Conductivity and tell it to only look in the titles you will find this question has been answered over and over again.

I am just curious why someone would need a large quantity of calibration fluid. Do they need to be calibrated that often?

There are 4 operating ranges that can be configured for the PM2 conductivity probe - for 2 of them, you use 455uS calibration solution. For the other 2, you use 53mS solution during calibration. Check the PM2 manual (page 3) for full details :D.

Chances are that 53mS is what you need to use.
