Conductivity failed

I agree with you Russ and I emailed Paul and he said they would test the pm2 and probe but because it works when I put it in a cup of water or in solution I don't think I need to send it in. Is there any way to to isolate the EMI? I did everything I could to separate the ballast wires from the probes.

Since I'm having interference from my ballasts wouldn't a ground probe help? I tried it and nothing happened. Also has anyone else had this problem before?

I have both of my eb8's plugged into gfi extension cords. Should I plug my eb8's directly into the wall or is this ok? I'm going to buy a voltage meter tomorrow even tho my ground is not doing anything.

I tested for stray voltage and the meter stayed at zero. After reading the guide again I found this which I haven't tried yet
Install „chokes‟ on your ballast wiring (available at Radio Shack).
I am definitely getting interference from the ballasts so would this help and if so what would I ask for since the sales people are kinda clueless

Thx again Russ this is my last hope before I replace all my lighting with LEDs just to get the conductivity probe to work. Ill probably send the pm2 and probe back for testing before I do that tho.

No luck I tried the chokes on the ballast wires and they had no effect. Looks like I need an electrician or change my lighting to LEDs . It's hard to believe no one else has electrical interference causing their conductivity probe to drop. As soon as my lights go off my conductivity probe reading goes back to normal. My temp ph and orp probes are not effected from what I can tell.
