I have a condy that will not stay out of the powerhead. He did not move for 3 months. Now he has found that he keeps going back. Should I just leave him or keep moving him?

Just move the powerhead it just that simply, there is a reason that he keeps going back there , maybe flow light, food?

I have 4 t5 on a 28 gal.That is almost 4 watts per gal. 2 powerheads 220 flow and spot feed him twice a week.
