Condy max size?

I have a Haitian purple tip Condy and have researched the maximum size online which says 6". My Condy has doubled in size in the past 2 weeks and now seems giant! I am worried it will outgrow my tank! Looking for confirmation on max size.

From what I have read, condylactis gigantea can reach 16 inches in the wild, 12 in aquariums.

What's your tank size?

They are commonly found in aquariums around 6-10 inches but they can grow up to 15-20 inches the maximum. See picture attached from Wikipedia, you might have already seen it though. .

I've had 'small/average size' condys grow that big in less than 2 yrs, in a 130g tank...they also changed from white with pink or purple tips, to fully colored pink or purple
