Condy sprouting tentacles from tentacles

My condy anemone from all visual cues is very healthy and happy. That being said, small purple tentacle sprouts are starting to appear from some existing tentacles, is this common? Is it indicative of a problem? Anyone heard of this? Do I need to take a picture?
