Confused New Fish. Help

I recently bought two new fish for my 46 gallon FOWLR tank.
Both of them have not been eating and observing strange behaviors. Every other fish in the tank is perfectly healthy and thriving except these two.
I tried feeding everything including live brine shrimp and neither are eating

The first is a green chromis.
It swims around the tank rapidly and appears perfectly healthy, but it acts as if it were blind or something. it has no fear of my hand or the net, and bumps into the other fish. It will pick at a few things, but otherwise eats nothing.

The 2nd fish is an Auriga butterflyfish.
It has been at the surface sucking for air, and ignoring all foods, but otherwise appears healthy.

All water parameters are fine (PH, salinity, nitrates etc) its been 3 days. I am doing a water change now. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what could be wrong.
They come from a good LFS, other recent fish from that store are all fine.

Thanks

The chromis sounds like its in the "zombie phase"---the swimming dead. This can almost look like blindness; if the fish is so disoriented. The butterfly sucking air is in big trouble. How did you acclimate them? Did you see them eat at the LFS?This could be a sudden change in SG, PH, temp, etc. I'd sure get a QT before you get anymore fish and I hope unseen parasites or disease are t blame. I really don't have any suggestions and can't even guess at a real cause....wish I could be more help.
