Connection Manager Problems..

So long story short I have a Mac and I am unable to connect to my radion. I have redownloaded the software, powercycled the light and everything recommended multiple times. But still nothing. Ive been emailing Ryan with Customer support but he wants me to call in and I literally work every day during the hours that they are open, so that isn't an option as of now...

So does anyone else have any ideas or anything that I might be able to try to do to get it to connect?

I am having the same issues since I upgraded. When I install the connection manager software it completes but I get the following message before closing out the install:

The installation of EcoSmart Live Connection Manager is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details.

I'm wondering is there are Java issues behind this.

I'm having the same issue as chgoblknazn. After about an hour on the phone and someone from EcoTech dialed into my computer, I was told that I needed to purchase the Reeflink if I wanted to be able to program my lights. Really?!?!?!?!?! I just spent $850 on lights (in addition to the $700 I spent on 2 MP10's) and now, with a straight face, you are actually telling me that I am required to spend more money in order to be able to program my lights?
Was anyone ever able to offer a solution to your problem chgoblknazn? I refuse to spend a penny more to get this light working!
Bears!

Shouldn't you be able to control your Radions through a USB cable from your computer, via the ESL program? I own the AI Hydra 52's and use there Director Controlller, so I'm not really sure in your situation.

I used the Reeflink controller for my 2 MP 40's and the Reeflink controller is amazing to use. Well worth the $200.00 I initially spent for the Reeflink controller.

Thanks,
Randy

I eneded up resetting them several times and each time got the same result with only one unit being able to be found and programmed. I unplugged them and left them alone for a month. Eventually I tried again and kept resetting them back to factory and trying to program them. I am at work while Ecotech is open and we were understaffed, so as the manager it was impossible for me to take time off. After a few dozen tries it finally took and I haven't touched them since. I'm worried that if try to change anything they will go back to being unusable. When folks ask about them, I let them know I am happy with the way they look...but I always let them know about these issues.

I can't get connection manager to find my Radion. I've tried everything. 15 times. This is one of the worst software products I've seen...

I purchased a Reeflink a couple days before troubleshooting with Ecotech. They took control of my laptop and diagnosed the pair as having a faulty RF Wireless Module. My Reeflink came that afternoon and I figured out which unit had a faulty RF module. They sent replacement circuit boards that did not fix the issue and sent out my replacement G3 Pro which will arrive tomorrow. Their CS service is great but this has been a stressful journey.
