Contacting TBS

I really need to contact TBS. I know thier probably really busy but does anyone know the best time to call. I've tried early afternoon and around 5 eastern time.

We answer the phone from 8-2, if we are not packing rock/at the airport shipping rock/or on the phone/or underwater....

If you are waiting for an order or second1/2 and have already spoken to Mary, you do not have to keep calling to see what is up, as everybody goes on a list as they order, and as soon as we get rock and your name comes up we will call and ship your rock.
