Continuous stall

Hello.
I installed MP40W a month ago, now I have a problem. The pump is countiuously stall even if I re-start the pump. I can hear some noise when it is stall. Alos, Wireless unit shows Stall Condition (Red/Green), but it sometimes shows different color.
Is this bad unit? What can I do?
