Controller alarms

Good day.

I just want to check if all the controllers have built in alarms if for instance a pump is jammed/stopped by a blockage such as calcium buildup etc.

I have a 7096 controller with 2 6105 pumps. I noticed tonight that the one pump was not running but no alarm sound. It is not the first time either. I have had pumps stop working on a few occasions and never had an audible alarm.

We have not built pumps with an alarm feature since 2007, this went away with the external drivers, it was a feature of the pumps and was built into drivers 7240.260 and 7240.270. The new pumps have no external electronics to operate such an alarm.
